Mazin Al Naamani

Mazin is an experienced private equity and venture capital investor. He maintains a portfolio of innovative and disruptive technology investments, and manages a venture capital fund pursuing early stage growth investments across North America and the Middle East. Previously, Mazin served as an investment manager, overseeing private equity portfolios for a Middle East sovereign wealth fund and a State owned investment fund.
Mazin holds an Executive Degree (Private Equity and Venture Capital) from Harvard University, a Master of Science, International Business Management and Entrepreneurship (MSc) from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Business, Management and Entrepreneurship from Bond University.
James Kahika
Co-founder & Director
James is an experienced investor and transactional lawyer. He maintains a portfolio of international sports investments and previously served on the sports industry group steering committee of global law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He has a decade of experience advising sovereign, institutional and multinational clients across industries on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital investment.
James holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Honours) from Bond University. He is admitted to practice law as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, and the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
